Canadian and Australian Exploration Projects

North American Exploration Projects

Northern Capital Resources Corporation subsidiary, Golden River Resources Corporation (GORV:OTCBB), has a number for highly prospective exploration projects in the Slave Craton and the Committee Bay Greenstone Belt in Nunavut, Canada.

These areas represent one of the largest underexplored regions in North America, and are considered highly prospective for precious minerals and are subject to exploration and mining activity by leading international mining companies including BHP-Billiton; Newmont; DeBeers and Oz Minerals.

Australian Exploration Projects

Davenport

Northern Capital is earning a 50% interest into the Davenport Project, which is currently owned by Great Central Resources and located in the Tennant Creek area of the Northern Territory, Australia. This exciting new project has potential to host high grade gold deposits related to magnetite bodies similar to the IOCG deposits already discovered by Westgold Resources Ltd. in this region.

Westgold Resources reported an inferred resource of >1M ounces gold equivalent (gold-copper). Similar host rock types to this style of mineralisation are interpreted to exist at Davenport and are currently being tested.

Ground Magnetics are planned to ground truth the aeromagnetic anomalies defined in areas 1 - 10, and accurately define drill targets (horizontal and vertical extent).

The Company is awaiting results from MMI soil samples to identify mineralisation associated with aeromagnetic anomalies and to prioritise drill testing of magnetic bodies.

Further exploration programs will involve acquisition of existing exploration data, acquisition and interpretation of detailed geophysical surveys, geochemical sampling and RAB drilling.
